My name is Alison. It might sound like a weird thing to have as a hobby, but for years my hobby has been using coupons. I am a believer in creating less waste and that includes areas of my finances. Living with a frugal mindset has become normal for me. It’s actually a lot of fun!

I get a lot of questions and curiosity around my hobby and my love of budgeting, so this is what prompted the creation of this blog. I want to try and share some basic thoughts and ideas on how to live on less and save more. I think some things are more sustainable if done in moderation, so please have a look around the blog and see if there are any tips that you can incorporate into your life. Don’t feel overwhelmed if there is a lot to choose from; choose those things that make sense now and add and adapt as you learn. That’s what life’s about!
